Kalaheo Coffee Co., Inc. (Kauai)

John and Kristina Ferguson have operated the Kalaheo Cafe & Coffee Company since 1994. As the business outgrew its original location, they decided to purchase a vacant property along Kaumualii Highway in Kalaheo, Kauai, and build a new cafe with a larger commercial kitchen to accommodate their current and future production needs. With the assistance of HEDCO LDC- SBA 504 Loan Program that required only 10% down payment, the Ferguson’s dream cafe and coffeee house became a reality.
